This two bedroom cottage style duplex is great for a beach getaway!
The Ritz 2 is set in a cozy park setting next to Yachats State Park and the historic 804 trail.
There is easy beach access to both rocky coastline and sandy beaches, which are perfect for beachcombing and exploring.
It is a easy walk to Yachats "proper", wonderful shops, and fantastic restaurants.

The Ritz 2 has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests,
but if you have a larger group (up to 10 people) you can reserve both the Ritz 1 and Ritz 2
for the discounted rent of $150.00 per a night plus $105.00 cleaning fee.
