The Ritz 1 is set in a cozy park setting next to Yachats State Park and the historic 804 trail.
There is easy beach access to both rocky coastline and sandy beaches...perfect for beachcombing and exploring.
It is an easy walk from this duplex unit to Yachats "proper", wonderful restaurants, and local shops.

The Ritz 1 has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests, but if you have a larger group (up to 10 guests)
you can reserve both The Ritz 1 and The Ritz 2 for the discounted price of $150.00 per a night plus a $105.00 cleaning fee.
