The Arbor Beach House South is a beautiful home that is located on the Historic 804 trail.
You will be able to enjoy and appreciate crashing waves and beautiful sunsets, and at times watch whales from every room.

This contemporary two-level duplex home has an open floor plan and lots of windows,
which is perfect for breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.
The upper level is the main living area. The living room is nicely furnished, and has a TV, VCR, and gas fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen is a part of the main living area, which allows you to interact with the rest of your group.
There is a master bedroom with a king bed on this level.
The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a large shower.

The lower level of this fantastic home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room.
One of the bedrooms has two queen beds, and the other one has one queen bed.

The Arbor Beach House South is located in the popular town of Yachats,
which is centrally located between Florence and Newport, and just minutes from Waldport,
where you can find a variety of restaurants, ocean activities and shopping pleasures.
