The Beach House at Tillicum is a comfortable ocean front home; its layout and location is perfect for your vacation experience. The western facing windows provide breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean,
less than 100 feet away. It is the perfect place to relax, to romance, and to reinvigorate!

There is a spacious outdoor hot tub just steps off the wrap-around deck, where you can relax while listening to the mighty surf and watching the distant fishing boats. You can also barbeque on the deck, or have a meal and enjoy other outdoor activities at the picnic table. Follow our private trail to the sands for beachcombing, kite-flying, refreshing runs
or romantic strolls on endless miles of lightly populated public beaches.

The beach at the Tillicum House has many spectacular features. The mouth of Big Creek--just steps from the back yard--changes orientation almost daily, thus altering the look and feel of the beach. For over 40 years, visitors to the beach have carved their names into a gigantic tree that washed ashore during the Great Alaska Earthquake of 1964. Playful seals like to pop their heads up in the nearby waves and like to follow along as you hike on the beach.
Some of the best whale watching in Oregon can be found at nearby Cape Perpetua.

The house is centrally located between Florence and Newport, and just minutes from Waldport and historic Yachats,
where you can find a variety of restaurants, ocean activities and shopping pleasures.
