Kitchen: Fully equipped and more! Fine details include granite countertops, large walk-in pantry, under cabinet lighting, large island, brand new stainless appliances, and a Dacor gas cook top. Breakfast area with incredible ocean views and seating for four.
Dining Area: Elegant dining table with seating for eight.
Bedroom 1/Study: Day bed and a desk with high speed internet access.
Bathroom 1: Large tiled shower.
Bedroom 2: Master Suite. Queen bed, remote controlled gas fireplace, large built-in book cases, 42" plasma TV, and a door that opens to the hot tub.
Bathroom 2: Master Bathroom. Deep claw foot soaking tub, flat screen TV positioned perfectly to watch while you're soaking, shower, granite double sink vanity, and a large walk-in closet.
Utility Room: Washer/dryer, utility sink, and refrigerator.
UPSTAIRS

Bathroom 4: Master Bathroom. Jacuzzi tub, flat screen TV positioned perfectly to watch while you're soaking, large tiled shower, and a granite double sink vanity.
Outside: Deck along the whole ocean side of the house, with lawn chairs, a gas grill, and a hot tub with a wind block. A trail from the deck leads down to the beach.
Parking: 5 cars maximum
